We want you to love your ALLOBALU piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility
We accept returns of unworn, unused jewelry in its original condition and packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings.

Return Period
Returns can be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.

How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@allobalu.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a tracked and insured service — ALLOBALU is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Condition of Returned Items
Returned pieces must be:
• unworn
• without signs of use
• in original jewelry packaging
Items that show wear, damage, or missing packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@allobalu.com with photos, and we will take care of it.
