Shipping and customs information


We ship worldwide and work with trusted courier partners to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and on time.

Delivery Time
• GCC: approximately 2–4 business days
• All other countries: 8–15 business days
Please note: delivery times may vary due to courier workload, customs processing, or local holidays.

Order Processing
Orders are prepared and handed over for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Customs Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs fees. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient according to the regulations of the destination country.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates depend on the region and are calculated automatically at checkout.
Delivery within the UAE is complimentary.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link, allowing you to follow your shipment in real time.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Incomplete or incorrect details may lead to delays or a return of the parcel.

Undelivered Orders
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or other circumstances, it may be returned to us. Reshipping fees will need to be covered by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe. We will assist you in opening an investigation with the courier.
